Privacy Notice
How Mansonix handles the limited personal data this website involves.
This notice explains what personal data mansonix.com processes, why, and your choices. It is short because the site does little: it is a static website with no accounts, no tracking and no advertising. Personal data is involved only when you choose to contact us.
Who is responsible
Mansonix — a Dutch eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) — is responsible for this website and for the personal data described here. For any question or request about your data, contact info@mansonix.com.
What this site does not collect
- The website itself does not intentionally set cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party trackers.
- It does not ask you to create an account or log in.
- It does not track your activity across the site or across other sites.
When you contact Mansonix
By email. If you email info@mansonix.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in your message. We use this only to read and reply to your enquiry.
By the contact form. If you use the form on our Contact page, we receive the name, email address, optional company or organisation, and the message you enter. A small server-side script on this website forwards them by email to info@mansonix.com so we can reply; the details are not stored in a database. To reduce spam and abuse the script uses a hidden honeypot field and a short-term, per-request rate limit that briefly processes your IP address for that purpose only (kept as a salted hash, not used to profile you). We use what you send only to read and answer your enquiry.
Why, and on what basis. For enquiries relating to a possible engagement, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other business enquiries, Mansonix may process the information on the basis of its legitimate interest in responding to business communications. We do not use your details for marketing.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by an external hosting provider. As with most web hosting, the server may keep standard technical logs — such as IP addresses, the pages requested and timestamps — to operate the site reliably and securely. These logs are used for operation and security, not to profile you.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for marketing. Enquiry details are handled by Mansonix and by the service providers that host our website and email, only as far as needed to respond to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting correspondence, and then delete them. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider only as long as needed to operate and secure the site.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure — have your data deleted.
- Restriction or objection — limit or object to our processing.
- Data portability, where applicable.
To exercise any of these, email info@mansonix.com and we will respond. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the site changes; the current version is the one shown here. Last updated 10 September 2026.
